In Canada, mothers still receive sole custody in roughly <strong>80%<\/strong> of court-ordered cases, while fathers get it in just <strong>7%<\/strong>. This isn\u2019t balance. This is systematic removal of fathers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The outcomes are devastating and well-documented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fatherless children are <strong>5 times more likely<\/strong> to commit suicide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They make up <strong>75% of teen suicides<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are <strong>8 times more likely<\/strong> to end up in prison.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are <strong>20 times more likely<\/strong> to develop serious behavioral problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are <strong>twice as likely<\/strong> to drop out of school and <strong>9 times more likely<\/strong> to have poor academic performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They account for the overwhelming majority of troubled youth: <strong>70% of incarcerated kids<\/strong>, <strong>72% of teenage murderers<\/strong>, and <strong>60% of rapists<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These aren\u2019t opinions \u2014 they\u2019re hard facts. Yet family courts continue to treat fathers as disposable, ripping them from their children\u2019s lives with little regard for the destruction that follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t protecting children. It\u2019s actively harming them.
